The equine community in the North-east of Scotland and Perthshire covers a huge geographical area and we are keen to feature all the clubs, disciplines and training available. THE Scottish Coaching Certificate Level 2 Equestrian Coaching Course training with Lorraine Buchan, supported by horsescotland, will be held at Lorraine Buchan Equestrian, Peterhead, in May and June.
Lorraine says the course is "practical, focused and horse-first" and designed to prodice confident coaches who can communicate clearly with their clients. The remaing dates for training are:
11th May online 7pm yo 9pm
30th May in person 9am to 4pm
14th June in person 9am to 4pm

Clinics at Shoemakers Stables
Training dates at Shoemakers Stables, Peterhead, include training with Sammy Wiseman and Jen Morris Coaching in May and June.
The dates are:
Jen Morris Coaching:
20th May - polework from afternoon to 7pm
4th June - Grass arena coaching from afternoon to 7pm
Sammy Wiseman clinics:
12th May - polework lesson and lunch
9th June - polework lesson and lunch
23rd June - jumping late afternoon to evening
The lessons and lunch sessions are at 10am, 11am and 1pm with lunch between and 12noon and 1pm. Dietary requirements can be catered for.

Car boot sale at Kirkman Stables
A HORSEY car boot sale will be held at Kirkman Stables, near Methlick, on 9th May from 1pm to raise funds for Equine Grass Sickness.

Afternoon tea fundraiser for RDA
GORDON RDA will hold a fundraising Ladies Afternoon Tea and Disco at The Drouthy Laird, Inverurie, on May 3rd from 2pm.
There will be fizz, afternoon tea, games and along alongside DJ Georgieo Yer Mannie. Tickets are £40.
