THE last competitions in the summer unaffiliated CWG Aberdeen Charity Dressage league organised by Cecilia Gladwyn and supported by Loanhead Equestrian Shop, have been held and attracted a wide range of standards taking this ideal opportunity to get young horses and more established ones out to practice for affiliated events.

Held at Loanhead Equestrian Centre, the league raises funds for Aberdeen Roxburghe House and is a friendly and supportive event. Loanhead pick the Best Turned Out winners at each event and those who win their classes are presented with a voucher to spend in the shop on the day.

A number of volunteers help each month with stewarding and writing, Rosalyn Mulligan provides the cakes for the event and images are by Sian Lyon of JUMAPhotography.

The league is supported by a number of local businesses.
