THE Scottish Championships was held at Highfield at Howe, Fife, in June providing three days of competition for Scottish riders.

The results are:

Youth Home Nations riders picked

THE following riders have been picked to represent Scotland in the Youth Home Nations at Vale View Equestrian, Melton Mowbray, from 31st July to 2nd August:

Team Scotland at Youth Inter Regionals

TEAM Scotland overall were just outside the top 10 placings at the Youth Inter Regionals at Kelsall Hill Equestrian Centre, Cheshire, held on 27th and 28th June.

With a range of placings, the competition was fierce and of a very high standard. Holly Pier took 7th place in the C+ section.

Development officer Ashley moves on

BRITISH Dressage Scotland Development Officer Ashleigh Stewart will leave BD after the 14th August to move to pastures new.

She said: "Working for BD has been an incredible experience, and I feel privileged to have been a small part of so many of your dressage journeys over the years. The very best part of my role has always been celebrating your milestones alongside you.

"From finding the courage to enter the first competition or event, to achieving personal goals and enjoying success, I've watched so many of you overcoming challenges, grow in confidence and accomplish things you never thought possible.

"Along the way, I've been lucky enough to build so many special friendships. Those connections are something I will always treasure and I'll definitely be keeping in touch.

"While I'm sad to be moving on, I know the next person to pick up the BD Scotland DO reins will be just as passionate about supporting you and your horses. I'm excited to see how they continue to help this fantastic community grow."
